Write Your Goals for the School Year
Goals for this year. . .
Sometimes it is hard for me to think goals rather than to do lists, especially when I am doing two jobs part time in this transition year.
So - I want to focus on bigger goals - not the to do list that I carry with me all the time. But I want the goals to be doable.
Goals
- Remember that relationships are at the center of my job - hold this in my mind at all times
- Commit to returning emails within 2 days
- Put your all into each and every day - no matter what task you are working on.
- End each contact by focusing on the wins that the teacher has experienced
